at one point, my friend deepfry and i were talking about knitting. i, half in jest, suggested we open a knitting shop where we could sell our knitting projects. she took this idea seriously and it became our plan. i did not yet know how to knit, so i suggested that in the meantime i could sell other crafty projects at our knitting shop. she looked concerned, and told me there was no way i was selling those 'star things' at our shop. she was referring to some sequins-coated stars i had on my dresser that i had bought, not made.

in other dream, i was talking with an unidentifiable woman about the merits of the keeper versus those of the diva cup. we both favored the diva cup, except for the slightly silly-sounding name. she thought it would be best to just say 'menstrual cup' or, better yet, just 'the cup'. she was of the opinion that shortening long, silly names to just one word was somehow very hip.
