scary swan

i was in somebody's house and was following their two slightly odd children (a boy and a girl) towards the front door. they headed towards their bedrooms on the left and i out the front door on the right. once outside, there were a couple of men from across the street (actually a narrow alley with lots of rowhouses) walking with a giant black swan. the swan was jet black with an orange beak and stood about four feet high. as i walked down the street ahead of the men the black swan followed me closely and agressively. i tried not to run as i thought that would provoke the anomalous creature. i periodically glanced backwards towards it but tried not to make eye contact. the swan kept approaching and i was afraid it would bite my butt. the men did nothing to help but instead accused me of instigating the whole chase. the swan kept approaching then backing off repeatedly and, finally, exasperated, the men grabbed him by the skinny neck and i was out of danger.
